Alignment of reference clamping systems in press or adapter
The Tooling Positioning System TPS-3i is a high-precision measuring system for aligning reference clamping systems on presses or adaptors. It supports all reference clamping systems, presses and adaptors available on the market today.

Highest precision combined with the simplest user interface enables fast and highly precise alignment of the reference clamping systems to each other in the accuracy range of 1/10 µm or 1 angular second.

Optimized measuring tools adapted to the TPS-3i measuring technology and adjustment mechanisms for quick and precise displacement of the reference clamping systems guarantee cost-effective, fast and precise alignment.
The measuring tools are essentially based on a square measuring punch and a square measuring die. An innovative measuring principle automatically compensates for deviations in the shape and position tolerances of the measuring tools and in the temperature range.

For presses and adaptors that are particularly difficult to access, a small remote LCD display is available as an option, which shows the most important measurement data.
