Functionality

The chuck is opened by compressed air, the pallet is inserted and the pallet is clamped by a spring-based clamping mechanism by depressurizing the chuck. To unclamp the pallet, the chuck must be opened again by applying pressure.
The chucks can be operated with different pallet shapes. The pallet is inserted manually or automatically with a repeatable positioning accuracy of +/- 0.001 mm.

Innovative roller clamping system

The patented roller clamping system with multi-shaped clamping rollers enables the highest clamping forces in the smallest installation space. Compared to clamping with balls, four times higher clamping forces are achieved. At the same time, significantly higher pull-out forces can be absorbed.
