The Powder Compaction Tooling System from ProGrit enables this precision through highly accurate positioning systems for tool clamping, exact alignment of the positioning systems to each other and control of the entire technology chain.
Alignment System TPS-3i
The TPS-3i Tooling Positioning System aligns the reference clamping systems in the press in X, Y, Z with an accuracy of better than 1 µm and in C better than 1 angular second. A perfectly symmetrical distribution of the clearence is guaranteed by the TPS-3i technology.
